Usually, we place marks on maps for the places we want to visit someday.
But during this year’s World Day of Prayer, we placed marks on different nations for something greater—prayer.
Each color represented a prayer and mission:
🔴 Translation acceleration and first translations
🟡 Multi-format Scripture delivery
🟢 Literacy programs
🟠 Bible engagement and holistic ministry
🔵 Youth engagement: Scripture for the next generation
🟤 Shared tools and global collaborations
As part of the 80th anniversary of the United Bible Societies Fellowship and the World Day of Prayer, members and staff of the Philippine Bible Society came together to thank the Lord, prayed that more people around the world may encounter and engage with God’s Word, and for God’s sustaining grace be upon the Fellowship and its ministry in the years to come.
So how about you?
If you were to place a mark on the map today, what would you pray for?
