From January 14-16, the PBS management team and selected staff representatives gathered to present and discuss the PBSMRoadmap 2026-2030 and align department plans accordingly. The three-day session included prayer, reflection, team-buildingNactivities, and collaborative discussions to clarify priorities, strengthen teamwork, and ensure all plans support PBS’s mission.
