Bible Appreciation in Noveleta

Members of the Philippine Bible Society staff visited Patnubay Academy and Mother Theresa Colegio de Noveleta on January 16, 2026 to conduct the very firstnBible Appreciation Activity of this year’s National Bible Month.

In partnership with Younite Campus Fellowship Organization and World of Worship Club, Bible Society staff introduced the schools’ junior and senior high school students to the National Bible Month celebrations and to the work of the Philippine Bible Society in making the Bible known. The students were also given copies ofnthe Magandang Balita Biblia New Testament and taught to locate specific verses in the Bible. They also had the chance to watch a new episode of the PhilippinenBible Society’s Mga Kuwento Nina Bib at Lia animated Bible stories.

One student, Jaren, said that he already had a Bible at home. “Pero siyempre, thankful pa rin po, especially since may bookmark rin [kaming natanggap]. Saka natuto rin po kami kung paano magbasa ng Bible.”
