DAY 6: ATTACK

Day 6

ATTACK

Matthew 11:12

From the days of John the Baptist until now, the kingdom of heaven has been subjected to violence, (ATTACK) and violent people have been raiding it.

ATTACK is the spirit of forward movement; the bold courage to advance, create opportunities, and push toward victory. In foot-ball, an attack is not a reckless rush; it is a calculated move driven by vision, timing, and confidence. In life, God calls us to the same posture: to move forward with faith, to seize God-given opportunities, and to aggressively pursue the purpose He has placed before us. You are not called to live on the back foot; you are called to advance.

In the game, attackers don’t wait for chances; they make them. They read the field, anticipate openings, and step into spaces others might fear. Life mirrors this. Success, growth, and destiny often require decisive action; taking steps when others hesitate. God opens doors, but we must walk through them boldly. “Be strong and courageous… for the Lord your God will be with you wherever you go” (Joshua 1:9).

Every attack requires confidence; not in self alone, but in the One who empowers you. The forward move may be risky, but champions know that risk is the birthplace of breakthrough. The enemy tries to intimidate, discourage, and stall your progress, yet God declares that you were made to push forward. “If God is for us, who can be against us?” (Romans 8:31).

In football, attackers must stay sharp. They position themselves correctly, think ahead, and remain alert to every shift in the match. In life, spiritual readiness works the same way, you ATTACK fear with faith, ATTACK doubt with truth, and ATTACK challenges with prayer and persistence. You refuse to live passively because the kingdom of God advances through bold action. “The people who know their God shall be strong and do great exploits” (Daniel 11:32).

To attack well is to create momentum. Once the forward push starts, it forces the opposing side backward. In your journey, every step of obedience, every act of courage, every decision to believe instead of fear pushes the darkness back and expands your territory. God has given you authority not to retreat, but to move forward. “Enlarge the place of your tent… stretch forth!” (Isaiah 54:2).

And ultimately, attack is about finishing. The goal is not simply movement but impact; scoring the purpose God intended for your life. Champions don’t stop at midfield; they press until the finish. You run, fight, and push forward knowing that Christ has

already secured the victory. Like Paul, you can say, “I press on to take hold of that for which Christ Jesus took hold of me” (Philippians 3:12).

So, ATTACK with faith, ATTACK with courage, ATTACK with vision. Life will not hand you victory; you advance into it. And as you move, God goes before you, strengthens you, and turns every bold step into ground gained for His glory.

PRAYER

“Empower me, Lord, to take ground for Your kingdom with courage.”
