PBS Orients New Members of the Board of Trustees

The Philippine Bible Society (PBS) recently gave an orientation to the new members of the Board of Trustees, namely, Most Rev. Pablo Virgilio S. David, D.D., the Auxiliary Bishop of San Fernando, Pampanga (representing the Roman Catholic Church-Clergy), and Mr. Lawrence Ty, the Chairman of the United Evangelical Church of Manila, Inc. and Good News Christian Academy of Ifugao, Inc. (representing the Independent-Lay). The Board Orientation was conducted last June 2, 2014. The new members were introduced to the PBS Vision, Mission and the 5-Year Strategic Directions. They were also given the opportunity to visit the Sta. Mesa BibleHouse and to tour around the Bible Museum at the UN Branch, the Pandacan Warehouse and the Production and Printing Press at the Lawang Bato in Caloocan. PBS extends its gratitude to their respective councils and churches for giving their best leaders for the Bible ministry.
