PBS Chaplain Joins FSV Translation Team

Philippine Bible Society (PBS) Chaplain Rev. Noli Mendoza was among the five Bible scholars who were chosen to be part of the Filipino Standard Version (FSV) ecumenical translation team.
Translation Manager Dr. Edgar Ebojo recently presented the newly-formed translation team to the PBS management and staff. Aside from Rev. Mendoza, the team is composed of Rev. Fr. Conrad Amon, Rev. Marvin Caldozo, Ms. Esther Dela Cruz, and Rev. Gideon Rodriguez.
The five were chosen from 21 participants to the FSV Translation Workshop held last June 9 to 12 at the Center for Community Transformation in Tagaytay City. Dr. Ebojo, along with Translation Consultants Dr. Anicia del Corro and Dr. Daniel Arichea, Jr., facilitated the four-day workshop.
