A Day of Magic for PBS Staff, Family Members and Friends

A total of 222 PBS Staff, family members and friends spent the whole afternoon and evening of May 7, 2014 at the Enchanted Kingdom in Sta. Rosa, Laguna. A breakfast-lunch fellowship was held at the 3rd floor worship hall in the morning shortly before leaving for the venue. Known for its reputation as the “Disneyland” of the Philippines, Enchanted Kingdom boasts of rides and attractions that are unique to the country. Indeed, it had been a one-of-a-kind experience for everyone. An initiative of the PBS for its staff, the family outing likewise fostered a sense of affinity among the employees and built up relationships within the families. As Dr. Nora Lucero, the PBS General Secretary, put it, “We may not always be able to do it, but when the opportunity comes, we’ll take it to provide for the PBS staff members and their families. God is faithful and true and He continues to provide for our needs.”
